Embodiment Coaching
Embodiment Coaching is somatic, body-focused approach designed to help you develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and nervous system resilience. Rather than focusing solely on thoughts or behavior, embodiment coaching invites you to explore what is happening in your body — sensations, impulses, and emotions — as a pathway to change.
It’s easy to get stuck in your head, disconnected from your body and the present moment. Embodiment coaching helps you slow down, tune in, and feel at home in yourself again. Together, we explore the inner landscape of sensations, emotions, and beliefs that shape how you relate to yourself and to others.


Using somatic (body-based) practices, inner child work, and parts work, we bring curiosity and compassion to the barriers that may be keeping you from deeper connection.
This process helps identify old patterns, build emotional resilience, and create space for more choice, freedom, and self-trust.
